To request a refund just email email@example.com. Please tell us why you are unhappy so we can improve our products and service in the future. We ask that you allow or Customer Service Team 24 hours to address your concerns.
All refund requests must be made with 10 days of purchase (21 days for international buyers). Items of clothing must be returned in the same condition you received them in their original packaging. We will refund the full amount you paid for the item (minus any delivery charge) and you will also need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us.
